2025 Wrapped!
James’ 2025 Round Up!
This year has been one of significant growth, and I would like to sincerely thank all our clients and team members for joining us on the journey!
Looking back to December 2024, the practice has evolved tremendously. The most visible and exciting change has been the development and opening of our Pet Rehab and Wellness Centre. This project has expanded our practice footprint by 50%, broadened our service offering to include physiotherapy and hydrotherapy, and enabled us to create two additional surgical spaces, including a new theatre and a dedicated dental procedure room. I am incredibly proud of the standard of the facilities the centre offers and the continued commitment and hard work the entire team has put in — and continues to put in — to ensure its success.
Our team has also grown alongside the practice. In 2025, we were delighted to welcome seven new members(!): Chloe Windsor, Jo Poyner, Georgia Abbots, Lauren Holtom, Emma Kemish, Maddie Trevan, and Megan Bliss, bringing our total team to 20 members. This growth has been essential in supporting our expanding client base, and we are thrilled to share that our patient numbers have now exceeded 3,000.
We have also seen exceptional success with our Health Subscriptions, with 1,487 pets enrolled, including 455 on Gold plans. This means that 69% of our clients now have one or more pets on a healthcare subscription. Compared to the national average uptake of around 25% in practices offering similar schemes, this is an outstanding achievement and a true reflection of the trust our clients place in us.
Looking ahead, 2026 is set to be a more settled year, with a strong focus on refining and enhancing what we already offer. Alongside our general veterinary services, we will be developing more nurse-led clinics, expanding into an advanced dermatology service, and continuing to provide our travel and export services to pets moving abroad.
We look forward to welcoming you in 2026. From all of us, we wish you a wonderful Christmas and festive period, and a happy and healthy New Year.
Say Hello to Our New Team Member!
On 10th December Chloe Windsor joined our Front of House team as a full time receptionist.
Here’s a little more about her and why she wanted to join our practice….
“I'm from a small village in Tamworth, if there's one thing, I'm certain about it's that is my love for animals! This passion has been with me my whole life, which is why I'm so excited to peruse my dream of working with them. At home, my furry family includes 2 adorable dogs and a charming cat! 🐾 I applied here because I admire this practice amazing values and the team! I just know I'll be able to absolutely thrive and achieve wonderful things here!“
